An expert in personnel management, he is responsible for cost analysis and control, budgeting, and providing strategic support to HR functions. He advises companies operating in various sectors, with extensive experience in over 30 of the most representative national collective labour agreements, and has developed specific expertise in industrial and manufacturing businesses.
